The Embassy Restaurant, Bar and Members Club in London are to host the high profile celebrity art auction organized and sponsored by Legende Celebrity Art 6th April 2010. DJ, TV Presenter and ‘household name for 30 years’ Mike Read will perform the ‘live’ auction and there shall also be a ‘silent’ auction operating throughout the evening. Dr David Bull the well known TV Presenter and Media Entrepeneur will be introducing the event which kicks off at 7pm. 50% of the monies raised over the reserve price will be donated to TEENS UNITE the teenage Cancer Charity founded by fashion designer Karen Millen.
Entertainment provided by the Embassy Restaurant Bar and Members Club London, Ricky Lopez Ratpack Show and Britain’s favourite Marilyn Monroe impersonator Suzie Kennedy.
Around 10 items will be entered in to a ‘live’ auction and then another 13 items entered in to the ‘silent’ auction including works by world famous celebrity photographers Terry O’Neill, Douglas Kirkland, Gered Mankowitz, John Wright, Danny Clifford and sculpture artists Laura Lian and Debra Franses Bean and world renowned artist Salvador Dali.
The event is sponsored by Legende Celebrity Art, and co-sponsored by the Embassy Club, Zone1Media , OK! Magazine.
Iconic photographs include Audrey Hepburn, The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Brigitte Bardot, Michael Jackson, David Bowie, Frank Sinatra, Faye Dunaway, Johnny Cash, Bob Dylan, Paul Newman, Marilyn Monroe, Freddie Mercury mostly limited edition and signed by the phographer which are all highly desirable art objects.
