Born May 23rd 1972 in Sao Paulo, Brazil, Rubens Barrichello has scored the fifth highest points total in Formula One history. From 2000-2005 he drove for Ferrari as Michael Schumacher’s teammate finishing as a championship runner-up in 2002 and 2004. Since Schumacher’s retirement at the end of 2006 has made Barrichello the most experienced driver on the grid. In August 2005 he confirmed he was leaving Ferrari and from 2006-2008 he drove for Honda. He was then confirmed as a driver for the new Brawn GP team for 2009. As of the 2009 Formula One season Barrichello is the only driver left competing in Formula One to compete against Formula One legends Ayrton Senna and Alain Prost.
